  6. that have been put out to tender. The software consists of a number of
  7. interlinked modules which combine to cover all aspects of contract monitoring,
  8. including complaints, work orders, defaults and inspections. Contender manages
  9. the client side function of most CCT contracts, including refuse collection,
  10. street cleansing, grounds maintenance, building cleaning etc. These can be
